The agent-skill carrier and the tooling around it: the artifact that
ships the skill pages, the `narrativetrace` launcher, and the installer
and doctor library behind it. Open for the same reason the API is —
what a consumer's own agents and build read has to be readable, and
      reusable, without agreeing to anything.

the rendered agent-skill pages in this repository, and the marketplace file
that lists them: .claude/skills/**, .agents/skills/** and

Build output of the same catalogue the skills artifact carries,
published at the paths agent tools discover them at. Whoever installs
them — by copying a directory, through the installer, or from a plugin
marketplace — receives Apache-licensed pages, and the marketplace
      listing says so.

The canonical trace format is a standard other implementations are meant
to target, so it is licensed as one — whatever module they sit in.

The category each module ships under is declared in licensing.properties at
the repository root, and the build refuses a dependency graph the licences
cannot support: an Apache-licensed module may depend on nothing, so the open
contract can never hand a consumer a BSL jar they did not agree to.
