Writes the two JSON documents a Cleanroom installer jar carries.

version.json is deliberately self-contained. Inheriting from 1.12.2 would make the launcher merge the parent's libraries, which some are replaced (e.g. LWJGL 2).

The library list is the resolved graph: Cleanroom's runtime, every-platform LWJGL 3 natives, and every-platform vanilla jars and extracted natives. LWJGL 2 is omitted because Cleanroom ships LWJGL 3. The version manifest is used only for Mojang-hosted download URLs and launch metadata.

install_profile.json keeps the empty processors and data blocks Forge's format defines. Forge needs them to patch jars it may not redistribute.
