The contract options of the main compileJava task (FR-016): the baseline's absolute path and lock mode, and the constraints flag (FR-020) when it is set. The baseline is an input, and a missing file is allowed, so creating, editing or accepting it re-runs the compilation and with it the gate. Only its content is fingerprinted: the absolute path appears in the arguments alone, so checkouts in different directories share build cache entries.
