Default
Default implementation of CodeGenerator that produces Kotlin object classes using only Kotlin standard library types.
Supports two generation modes:
Multi-environment (activeEnvironment is null): generates nested objects per environment
Active environment (activeEnvironment is set): generates a single flat object
