Parameters:

releases - the capability to dispatch a release-strategy request to.

sourceBuilds - the capability to dispatch a source- or git-strategy request to.

downloads - the capability to dispatch a url-strategy request to.

request - the coordinate to resolve.

Returns:

the resolved jar file; never null.

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if request names a source or git build and the underlying SourceBuilds.buildFromSource(java.lang.String, java.lang.String, java.lang.String, java.lang.String) call fails, or names a url download and the underlying Downloads.download(java.lang.String, java.util.Map<java.lang.String, java.lang.String>, java.lang.String) call fails.

ReleaseNotFoundException - if request names a release and no matching jar is found.
