Apply the configured source changes as part of an ordinary build.
Default: false, and then nothing touches your own files until you run kiteApply. Turning it on is the single opt-in: KiteConfig works out which changes each platform needs and makes them.
It does not turn optional features on. A splash still needs splash { enabled = true }.
