Executes SHACL-driven SEL extraction.

This task reuses SEL runtime extraction behavior from SchematronSelExtractTask. Typical flow compiles SHACL into grouped SEL stylesheet via ShaclSelCompileTask, then runs extraction using that precompiled style.
