allProjectVersionRefsFromLockfiles

Returns a set containing all project version refs from lock files in the given path. This is not recursive.

Parameters:

locksRootPath - the path to the root for the lock files

Returns:

the set of all project version refs

Throws:

IOException - if an error occurs

readProjectVersionRefLocksOfFile
